Founder & Principal
JC started SoughtHire after 4 years of working in executive search with FireSeeds, where he learned his craft. His belief is that the right leader doesn't just fill a role, they carry a mission. He has worked alongside founders, family-owned businesses, nonprofits, and mission-driven organizations to find leaders who fit not only the job description, but the culture, values, and future of the place they would join.
Based in the South Carolina lowcountry, JC lives out these company values. His work is shaped by a simple conviction: do right by the people on both sides of the table, ask better questions to understand, and refuse to stop before the fit is actually right.
